"Found New Hardware" Intel 82801db Ultra ATA Controller

Ever since I updated the chipset drivers for my Asus P4PE motherboard (so it would use USB 2.0), I got a message in my systray every time I boot my computer up that says:

"Found New Hardware" Intel 82801db Ultra ATA Controller"

After about a minute it says it was unable to install this device. I've tried searching for something in BIOS to disable, tried uninstalling it from the device manager... and nothing seems to get rid of this. It's highly annoying everytime I boot up. I even reinstalled the chipset drivers from the Asus web site.

Any suggestions?

Thanks.
