I keep searching but can't remember enough of the details to find this.

Some comedian up on stage, with a chair and headsets as props does jokes about tech support. He finds out he is dealing with a "12 o'clock flasher" "where every appliance in their house is flashing 12" And he uses the non-offensive slang "pooched" a lot.

Can anybody find this?

Yeah I hate to crap on videos that people enjoy but I didn't smile once, and I usually think stupid stuff is funny too.
