***Found it***Barracuda V SATA Power Adaptor?

I am looking at purchasing a Seagate Barracuda V SATA and an Asus A7N8X Deluxe from newegg. The Barracuda says it needs a separate power adaptor below, but I dont see one listed. Is there a power adaptor I need to purchase to run this setup?

Thanks,
Brian

edit- It isn't below, but I searched for it. They are charging $9 shipped for the thing :|

I have SATA WD Raptors, they didn't need any special power adaptors, i dunno if they are similar to the Cuda's though. I just used the standard power plug-in. They also have the Serial Power connector, it said to use either-or, not both at the same time.

Hope thats helps!

Retail drives would come with the adaptor. Can't expect not to pay for it when getting a cheap OEM drive. It's better than the 25 bucks or more that a serial to parallel adapter costs.

Cool, I was wondering about this. I just ordered a pair of Raptors, and I wasn't sure what type of power connector they took. Glad to hear they can use the standard 4-pin.
