Found craigslist listing that I'm 90% sure has a stolen item, who do I report it to?

Helping my friend car shop, we came across a vehicle for dirt cheap, upon opening the listing it says it can only be registered in Mexico (this is in Dallas) and not to register it in the U.S. Every thing about it is sketch and I'm pretty sure we're looking a stolen vehicle. Who do I report it to?

Holy fucking shit you really can't figure out who to report this to? Really?

Them: Dallas PD how may I help you?
Me: I found a vehicle for sale that seems suspicious, wanted to report it
Them: Why is it suspicious?
Me: Uh... the seller only speaks spanish, it's really cheap, they don't have the title, and said it can't be titled in the U.S.
Them: Do you have the vin?
Me: No.
Them: License plate?
Me: No.
Them: Sellers name?
Me: Only the one listed on craigslist
Them: Address?
Me: Nope
Them: Well what the fuck do you want us to do about it?

Well, if your friend's generally interested, I'd definitely go look at it, get the VIN, take pics, find as much info as you can about the truck and then tell them you'll let them know.

Call the police & give them the details to see if they can find out if it was stolen or not.

You think that thing is worth more than $6,000? I wouldnt pay $2,500 for it.

$2000 is more like it.
