Found an interesting glitch in the local Cellular service

So we were unpacking after our latest move, and I found my StarTac phone from the Sprint PCS service I had years ago in Indiana. Just for kicks, I charged it up and tried to dial a few numbers. Couldn't get anything to work. Then I tried 411, and got connected to US Cellular's Directoy Assistance.

"Interesting" I thought. So I requested the number for someone I know across the state. And I'll be damned if the didn't connect the call!!

Most likely the person you called will be the one being billed.

I'm wondering who will get billed. I doubt it would be the recipient of the call, though, as it was not a collect call
