Found a perfect NB Heatsink

nice work Render, surprised to see a NB heatpipe !
Are you getting any more benefit from using it say more stable or better overclock ?

Looks pretty nice; where can you get them, and for how much? I'll probably just wind up slicing up an old socket 7 CPU heatsink and use that.😎

It cools down NB pretty well.(no fan, no noise) I will post when I got a PC3200 stick.

i dont understand wut kinda HS is this if there is no fan?
is this some kinda water cooling thing? very confused also wut does nb mean

NB is the motherboard's north bridge which, i believe (somebody correct me?), processes data traffic between the cpu and ram.

A heatsink does not necessarily need a fan. A heatsink is pretty much anything that can absorb heat from something and spreads it over a greater surface area to let the heat dissipate. I've bought soldering kits in which a little metal clip is called a heatsink. Fans simply help get rid of the heat once it's been pulled off into the heatsink.

Render how are you mounting this on your mobo ?
Did you have to customize a bracket or use an existing one ?

no special mounting. That's why this is a perfect heatsink for NB. (though you need two screws & rubber ring)

What are you using for a CPU cooler? It looks like you have contact with your CPU cooler on one corner, did you do some trimming there?

This is a great idea! I've got a Coolermaster HHC-001 on one of my systems, and the heatpipe setup works very well. I have some doubts as to if this would be feasible for use with a large Thermalright SLK-800, which is what I've got on my 8RDA+ at the moment.

It does look like one of the corners has been rounded off near the CPU heatsink. Keep in mind that it might not do the trick if you're using an exceptionally large CPU heatsink like an 8045 or AX7.

It's thermaltake vocano 11. it's quite big.

The top of the heatsink was blocking 80mm fan, so I bended the edge of the top.(1 sec job)
