While I must admit I was LOLing through that entire video, I greatly believe I'd probably punch the first person or car window I came across while listening to that song on a run, and then use that combined energy to hightail my ass out of the general vicinity.
That wouldn't be cool, because I'd probably faint from lack of recent exercise. Shit, I need to run more. Why do I hate it so? Nay, I love it, say thank ya.
I've done enough cadence runs, I don't think that's going to be the right way to get my to like running - I've never liked it during Army training, don't want to bring Army training home with me on runs.
Then again, ROTC has a tendency to make cadences something terrible and dreaded. Real cadences and the unpredictability of good cadence callers definitely can change that... I guess.
