In Device Manager, ATI SMBus is conflicting with Motherboard resources. I get the following conflict messages in the Resources tab for each device...

ATI SMBus: Input/Output Range 0400 - 040F used by: Motherboard resources

Motherboard Resources (second of third motherboard icon from top of device manager): Input/Output Range 040B - 040B used by ATI SMBus

System Specs: MSI RS480M2-IL, Athlon64 3000+, gig (512 x 2) Corsair Value Select, onboard Realtek sound, onboard ATI graphics.

Thanks for your help!

k, in an ACPI system shared IRQs are normal (don't remember about memory, sorry) and devices should sort resources out automatically. Removing and re-adding a device, or BIOS (table) updates will be the only options AFAIK.

Right.

Did you try installing the latest drivers for the mobo/chipset?

I've tried it all, including uninstalling/reinstalling the latest drivers and removing/readding the devices. The conflict is still there.
