Found a billing error on my Chase Amazon CC

Was looking at my CC statement tonight making sure all the charges were legit, and glanced at the "Finance charges" & found a $29 charge, called them up, bot an apology & they credited me back the charge.

Stuck out like a sore thumb because I always pay in full :|

<-thinks their is more to the story and you probably paid late or something, the charge was valid and they waived it as a courtesy

Heh, no...

& no there was no balance, dunno why the hell they tacked it on.

I called because I wanted to make sure they hadn't started charging some new fee I missed or something, the CSR looked at my statement & took it off in an instant, said she didn't know why it happened.

That's Chase for you... I imagne only people that pay in full each month notice.

I'm surprised they reversed it that easily.... perhaps it was a holiday in India and they were feeling generous.

I only use mine for Amazon.com purchases for the triple points.

Otherwise I have an assortment of rewards cc

mtvu for azm purchases, i keep amz cc for offers like spend $100 get $25 credit
