It's working here. I just read on their site that it's going to cost me $15 to have them replace my watch battery.

I don't mean to be harsh... but the $15 for changing your battery is divided as follows:

$2 for the battery
$3 for the labor
$10 fee for the helplessness of not being able to change your own damn battery
