I don't think Quik races anymore. Sad because he used to be one of the guys who was playing Forza 2 anytime you turned the 360 on.

We've raced so many B and C class cars though that I kinda liked the change to A class last week. I'm fine with whatever though.

Since Quik isn't around, I'll just step up and pick since no one else seems to be. Feel free to object.

I'll say A-class, AWD/RWD/FWD is fine. I'm not sure on region though. Would German be pigeonholing most people into picking the same couple cars that will dominate? Maybe German+Italian?

yep. The wheel wasn't ever broken, only the plastic piece that covers the "d-pad" on the wheel so in order to use the "d-pad" you had to stick your finger up in the wheel and tap the microswitches in there for the direction you wanted to go. Made for a real PITA to set up a car.

My only reason for not coming back many weeks ago was time. Now that the 15th is over I should have time to setup and practice each week's car as we go like before.

So is any of the old guard racing anymore?

Glad you got it working and that the tax madness is over!

As for the old guard...well, rumor has it that our favorite moderator may be joining us again in the near future. Not sure where OSJ or Waldo went, Waldo dissappeared a while ago, OSJ I haven't heard/seen from in a few weeks.

As long as there is no S5 allowed. I am fine by this.

Not even the (late model) Ford GT? That thing was pretty badass when I raced it.

I'll have to give the S5 a try, for fun.

Looking at the leaderboards, the GT is up there, behind endless S5s.

I see. Well I'm fine with excluding S5. Then again, I always prefer to go with the underdog car if I don't have a fave ;)

Sorry, I initially asked about German+Italian, but since everyone seemed okay with German only (as in, it wouldn't pigeon hole people into only a couple cars) I stuck with German only.

Official car specs for 4/21: A-class, German manufacturer, AWD/RWD/FWD
