thanks quik. I plug the R34 numbers in and first i notice is that the rear ARB of AWD cars seems to still be way off. but other than the ARB the handlings are similar to my tunes so i think it's usable!!
 
I am a bit of a noob, but what does FF mean? By the way, I plan on being a regular. If you guys wouldn't mind adding me to the list of players who get to pick that would be awesome.

Unless it's changed since FM2. FF is Front engine - Front wheel drive
 
Hey guys I just finished a single player race in Maple Valley and I think I found a leaderboard glitch. I just finished the race in an S700 Corvette Z06 and I wanted to see where that lap time stood on the leaderboard so I fired it up and I was 685th, okay. But I'm looking at the top players and everyone is in an '08 Dodge Viper. So I scroll down through from 1 to 600 and every single time is in an '08 Viper. Then I get to my time and it says I'm in an '08 Viper. I don't even own one. Here's a pic from the screen. Anyone else notice anything like this?

Maybe it filters on the car you're driving by default? Also, can you only get to the leaderboards on a track in said track? I'd like to view all tracks at once and practice my bad times when compared to other people.
 
That was fun racing last night guys. Don't know if the Focus RS will be able to hang with your guys cars (in it's current form at least) but I suppose we'll see.

Oh, and fear the uncorked Koenigsegg CCGT!!!

Updated the OP with the forum names and gamertags of everyone that PMed me and I went through the last few pages of the thread and picked out the names/tags of those that didn't. I think I got everyone but if you posted in the thread and you're missing from the list in the OP, let me know and I'll get it updated. I'll try to do a better job keeping it updated from here on out; the last month has been an up and down ride but hopefully I'll be able to settle in again, at least until Thanksgiving in a couple weeks.

Now I just need some track time in the game. I got embarrassed last night on the tracks I didn't know and only resembled my former self on the one track I did know!
 
I sent all the FM2 old-timers a set of TAR (Team Anandtech Racing) vinyls by gift last night. there is a right/left/top vinyl. Do with them as you will, but its just a little gesture to show you all how much I enjoy racing with the group.
 
I'm going to have to contemplate using the Fiat 500 Abarth as my car next Wednesday. Ivan2/Famouswings had one last night and he was tearing it up pretty well. It's such a light car it might be just the thing. Otherwise I'll stick to the Seat Leon... it has a lot of the handling and drivetrain upgrades already applied in stock form. So not only does it handle well, but it saves you a lot of money too.

EDIT: Another thing... don't buy the Seat! I bought it last night to prepare for next week and was informed that it is a reward car for leveling up pretty early on. Looked it up and I'll be getting another one once I hit level 13. So if you're interested in racing the Seat, just wait until you get to level 13 instead of buying it. Incidentally, the Fiat 500 and Focus RS are all possible contenders for next week's race and are also reward cars. Actually you're given a whole lot of FF cars early on... the VW Scirocco and Alfa Brera are in there too.

i got another FWD tuned, pretty low key this one is.

Wow, okay, so I guess scratch that idea. The Maple Valley sweeper always kills me. That's where the Seat is so good - it's very low and stable in turns.
