Forums loads slow on PC but OK on Mac...

OK, the forums load pretty fast (well, fast enough) on my Macbook Pro (Firefox or Safari) but slow as molasses on my C2D Vista PC (either Firefox or IE). The Mac is connected to the same internet connection wireless and the PC is hard wired to my router. I cleared cookies and temp files but still the same problem. Any ideas?

Im noticing same thing, anandtech loads fine using XP but when i'm on Vista it loads much slower.
Wonder if other Vista users can say the same?

edit: seems to be listed in the FT 3.0 Open Issues thread as well, just wierd that there is a difference between OS's .

I have Kaspersky Internet Suite 6 on my PC but not on the mac. I wonder if this has something to do with Kaspersky?

I"m having the same problem. On my Vista desktop , Anandtech is S-L-O-W. When I boot up my XP laptop using IE 7, it is very fast just like normal.

It's very frustrating..

Yeah, same here.
I reloaded and put Vista on last night. THe differerence is night/day. (was on XP)
