This may be off topic or better in forum issues, but since it is only relavent to this forum, I am posting it here. Please correct me if I am wrong.
I browse through the tech support forums a few times a week trying to help people out and often times I come across a thread that has already been solved. Has anyone ever considered changing their topic to "FIXED" (eg. "FIXED - crash when dual booting Win98/2000"
so that everyone knows the person's problem has been resolved?

Edit: It seems like the general consensus is to add the word FIXED or something like that to the topic, in addition to maintaining the original topic name.
