Am I the only one experiencing a extensively slow speed when browsing the forums?

Takes about 15-20 seconds to load up a page.
 
It is getting WORSE.
I believe this upgrade is a DOWNGRADE, nothing seems to work like it used to.
IT IS SUPER EXTREMELY SLOW
