Forum is being scraped again

It's bad again. I'm curious in what country the servers are located because some countries throttle access during peak hours.

According to GeoIP database, both Anandtech & Tomshardware' forums are hosted by the same VULTR ISP & even same location, the only difference between the two is IP address, why not ask VULTR to move Anandtech's forum to the same server of Tomshardware's forum?

It's amazing that a tech site has such issues that it's not even useable. I would expect that from a knitting forum hosted on a nice older ladies grandson's PC n his cable modem, not Anandtech lol.
