Why do these forums go down every night at approximately 00:15? They're down for a few minutes then come back up :^/
 
Not that it really matters, but pushing back the maintenance to 4 AM EST would probably be a little better. 9 PM PST is a little early.
 
you guys are so dumb, what happens is Anand goes to bed at 12 am eastern time every night, and when he turns out the lamp in his room, he bumps the server switch, the forum server is in his bedroom

It seems nap time has crept up to about 01:45 EST. The forums go to sleep for 5 or 10 minutes, then come back to life :^/
 
usualy goes down between sometime between 11:15 and 11:45 for me, for 10-20 min. I usualy then go to hang out at toms hardware forums but that mass effect 2 ad is driving me INSANE.

That could work, a big squirrel cage fan. Use the dual ones and you can have two squirrels at once for better speed and horse power. 😀 Only issue their tails need to be kept trimmed or they tend to get caught in the blades and they go around in circles for a ride causing the forums to hang and act squirrly.
 
Squirrel Power (SP) is probably quite small perhaps on the order of a few tens of watts perhaps? Better have Atom cpus in those 1u boxes! 😛

Look at it this way - if you have an Atom CPU you can say your PC is nuclear! :hmm:
