Fortnight Battle Royale

Anybody playing or played this? I finally decided to give the Battle Royale a go on PS4. Read some tips, dropped near the edge of the map so I could get used to the controls, started running towards the middle of the map, then died, that was my first couple if experiences . Finally got a couple of kills then running around and got sniped. It's fun and the anticipation of who's around you is definitely fun. Plus it's free. I can definitely understand how PUBG got popular.

That sounds exactly how I felt about Battlefield games. Did not enjoy the idea of never seeing who shot you and having no chance.

I tried it last night but gave up after 10 minutes or so. Not only did I never see a single teammate but each time I got killed the player was decked out with powerful gear, somehow even though we'd been playing for a whole 2 minutes. I do like the art and graphics style of the game, and that it is free to get people away from PUBG, but I just don't think I'm a fan of the BR type game.

I got into the top five after just a couple of times after my first play by literally hiding in a bush. The people that have been playing for a while obviously know where the spots are to find the better loot but I don't yet so I just picked off some people that passed by my bush.

lolol that's pretty thug life.

I can see it being quite fun to play if you have a few voice-enabled friends and can kind of help each other out as the circle shrinks.
