You'd think they could set up something to handle this if they forget. The simplest way would be to say, "Whoops, we forgot!" Or they could set something up to pick for them from the entire list of possible projects - though some really aren't good candidates. Or they could make their own list of good candidates and have a project auto-picked.Gawd. They forgot to pick one again. Lol

I have one of my world clocks set to Dakar which has no daylight savings time. I rollover my date/time and it shows Dakar. (My time is 24-hr format.)The announcement is at UTC 16:00.
