Although Win10 is winning against Linux on Ryzen, I forgot I also have 'twin' systems on Intel Haswell-E... In which Linux is kicking arse and taking names.

EDIT: It's the numbers in the first column I am referring to: The recent average output. They were both started on Universe at the same time (as were the Ryzen systems).

Planet 3D and Australia is the race to watch as they battle for third.
Everyone seems to be in a steady run for the moment. Maybe some surprises tomorrow?

Somebody at [H]ard|OCP finally found the [Upload] button, and we are getting lots of our pending tasks validated. :)

Those times are for Win10, equivalent Linux times were maybe 10 minutes faster. I only saw 1.4 hours and 10+ hours on Linux. Otherwise the mix looked pretty even across those two machines. There were only 2 of the 10 hours tasks, so not enough to blame for the performance loss.

In a nutshell, I'd say run Linux if you can, but it is good to see that Windows is no longer so far behind (and in fact with these two machines, Windows is widening the lead even further).
Thanks for more in-depth observation. After 3 days and more samples had came through, I think I have same conclusion with you. Probably, I was lucky enough to get a batch of 2 hours earlier although it would never be validated due to file system corruption.
I also wholeheartedly agree with howdy, that...
It would be nice if the points scaled higher with the completion times being longer instead of the set "devil number.67" but alas..........."it is what it is"
Nobody (especially the point hunters) in their right mind would run Universe if the point rewarding system stayed like that.

Anyway, I just watched the race, and what a race there! Austin always has something up its sleeve come the race weekend.

We're pulling far ahead l'AF thanks to this month's sprint. If we can keep the momentum going, I believe we can seal 3rd in the end of the year.

NumberFields@home day one almost done and we are in 2nd in our league, third overall. With two races at once going this is great!!!
We are in third place in the League one marathon with a 40 point difference between us and LAF. 12 more points for us if MM (which is down ATM) ever fixes their stats. I am getting ahead of things now, so just crunch on.:D
