I know Formmail is a popular feedback/submit this type of program but it's very unsecure (I can thank it for a lot of spam). Any other good alternatives out there?
 
The NMS version of Formail is a drop in replacement for the original Formmail, supposed to be better. I use it on a couple of sites and never had an issue.
