Formatting a ntfs drive from a win98 system

Sold my Windows xp computer but pulled my hard drive out which was setup as a ntfs file system. I am going to be selling the drive which is to be used in a win98 system and need to convert it back to the old file system. If there an easy way to do this.

This is OS, not General Hardware related.

Yes, put in a WIN98SE bootable floppy with format.com from WIN98SE, boot and type :

Format C:/s

Edit: You may have to use fdisk first, delete the NTFS partition, and create a new once before you format.
