Formatted drive in Win2K and it shows 66.1 mb used..

I just got my replaced WD 60 gig hard drive.. and i formated and partitioned it in windows using the WIN2K disk managment..

it saids 66.1 MB used out of 55.8 GB


where is that 66.1 mb?

could it be bad sectors or something?
