Format computer and keep raid 0?

I had a question, is it possible to format my "C" hard drive, which is an ide, and contains my windows directory. And then I have a n "X" drive that contains my two serial ata drives.

Can I format my "C" drive and maintain my "X" drive when my windows is reinstalled? I'm not sure if this is possible or not, because I want to keep all the data on my "X" drive without reformatting and creating my raid again.

Thanks for any help,
Justin
