Let me understand this, Russia just attacked us. Russia under Putin has the same human rights policies as Cuba used to have. Both countries are ruled by dictators. Cuba is no longer a threat to the US.

So the incoming administration wants to make nice nice with Putin while at the same time enforce the 50 year embargo with Cuba and reverse Obamas attempt to normalize relations.

Meanwhile 37% of Republicans like Putin.
