Forgot my password for forum

Where the heck do you go to find your password?
I want to change my RIGS and I went into profiles to change my password but I stilll have no access.
 
can you give me a little more information?

your password for the RIG page is the same as the password for the forums.
if you forgot, under the login page, click on "forgot your login?", it will prompt you to enter your email address that you used when signing up for the forums. it will then email you your password.
