There are two ways I know of to get around your situation.
The first one is just getting a program that can overwrite your administrator password with any password you want (they highly recommend to just blank the password instead of creating your own). This is the easiest and quickest approach. Here is a free program that can do this. I've tried it before and it works great. Just format a floppy, use it as a boot disk, and follow the instructions on the screen.
The second way is to crack your windows password by cracking the hashes stored in your sam file. You'll basically need to somehow access the partition to have access to the sam file in the windows folder (this can easily be done through a linux livecd). Use a program to decrypt the sam file to obtain the hash for the administrator account. Lastly, use some type of tool to crack this hash (rainbow tables, brute force the nt or lm hash, etc). I'm sure there are some livecds that can greatly help when with this process (ophcrack and backtrack come to mind).
