the cardboard makes the exhaust flow out behind the desk rather than getting trapped under the footwell. really lowers the temps a lot.

So far it seems good.

My biggest gripe so far is the poor placement of both RESET and POWER switches! It's extremely easy to accidentally activate either when snapping the top cover on or just leaning on the machine!

Temps seem pretty decent and the fans in the bottom are quiet even on high. The slide in filters are fairly restrictive and the fans will move considerably more air with them removed. This isn't really of concern if your environment is dust free, however.

It's a good case for the price.

I left the power light unplugged for the front - two blue LEDs are too bright for my tastes. Ideally if they were replaced with lower powered green LEDs and a higher powered (10CD) RED LED was installed in the middle for disk activity it would be nearly perfect. ;)
