Just to add another little twist my tweaking 'life' - I had to remove the Duron750 I had on my A7V to prove that it was the MSI pro2 board that was dead and not the chip. After about the 4th attempt at 'penciling' the Duron it started to OC, but with strange figures - set it at 750 gave 832, 850 gave 943 etc. Sooo I went in on '750' used WCPUID which showed me the reason - a system clock speed of 110.97.
All the switches seem in the correct places so WHY??????
