boot hd(0,0)? It's something like that to boot the 1st partition (assuming that is where XP is).

Actually, I think it is going to be:

root (hd0,0)

I found this site which pretty much explains everything, and I still can't get it to work. Oh well, a reinstall of WinXP and THEN a re-install of Suse I guess.

Ugh.

Why don't you boot up with your Linux CD and look at what the partitioner finds (GUI one or perhaps fdisk/cfdisk)?
 
Cuz I deleted those partitions in Partition Magic.

I'll give it a shot tho, but chances are it won't find anything. We'll see.
