One of the reasons I'm not a Ford fan is because they push styling way to far, and don't focus on improving reliability and quality. The 1996 Taurus is a perfect example of bad styling, while earlier model years of the same car had frequent alignment, head gasket, rust and electrical problems. I wish they'd just refine the function of existing models rather than try to sell flashy packaging.

???

I have that car. It's been one of the most reliable vehicles I've ever owned.

The intent wasn't to single out Ford vehicles as having reliability problems. That argument can be applied to any manufacturer. Rather than push styling to sell a car, I wish Ford would concentrate on improving the quality of their existing product line. The F-150 is a decent truck. I'd rather see a few more years on the current style with enhancements to systems that logged the highest number of defects (obtained from dealers warranty data). Ford stands out in my mind as being on the more extreme side of styling, which is a bit of a turnoff to me personally.

Those pics have the makings of what could possibly be the ugliest truck ever created. :disgust: Though, I'll wait for production pics for final judgement.

Too camoflauged to make a good judgement. Slightly better photos than the previous August spy shots but not that much better

Don?t let the friendly smiles fool you -- we were told to stop taking pictures and a hand was put out expecting me to turn over my film. You?re seeing the best of over 80 shots -- and needless to say, the engineers ended up with zero.

The only thing I'd give them is my middle finger
