The Accord is a "fad?" It was first produced in 1976...that's an awfully long-running fad. Either way, they are both good cars. A Toyota fanboy is no better than a Honda fanboy.

How 'bout this then. My mom's 2000 Camry was made in the US by US auto workers. My 1993 Ford Explorer was made in Canada by Canadian auto workers. Where you car company is based does not always indicate where the car was made. 🙂

So true. . . I, unfortunately, have come around. I don't care what I drive anymore, because all cars suck. A car is a car is a car to me these days. I like them only because I like to drive, and if they go from point A to point B with reasonable certainty, they're good enough. In my old age (of 27), I'm simply out for the cheapest used car to beat on for a year or so. Personally, I think the $500 Ford in my parking spot right now was a pretty good deal for what it does. . . so far. <knock-knocks on wood>
