Oh well, show is over. The dealership just posted this on FB:
"To the customer on the video, we sincerely apologize, we would like to extend you the offer of purchasing your car at retail price, allowing you to keep the aftermarket parts."

Gee, it only took a virtual public whipping to get this moron to do the right thing for his customer. That or Ford HQ read him the riot act. My vote is on the latter one as I believe they would have kept fighting the customer as evidenced by their trying to bring the police into it and sic them on the customer.

The Streisand Effect adds yet another casualty to the list.
 
It's funny that they didn't do this to begin with, now they have a Facebook page, that they may as well delete, and over 100 extra bad Google reviews. In the end this is still going to cost them 10 times the cost of that car they bought back.
