My system wont run stable at anything less than 3V (thru my 512MB KingMAX Super-Ram DDR400) - as a complete noob to doing anything that remotely involves the BIOS, will this RAM run too hot - ive seen ppl on the net saying that if its countering stability heat wont be an issue?

What can I do to prevent this? Should i return the RAM?

Specs:
Case: Thermaltake Tsunami
Fans: 2 x 120mm (1 Intake, 1 Blue Exhaust) + 1 x 60mm (Side Fan, Unplugged)
PSU: 400W Thermaltake PSU

Motherboard: DFI nf4 Lanparty UT Ultra-D (Bios 25/1)
Processsor: AMD Athlon 64, Socket 939
Processor Cooling: Artic Silver 5 + Stock AMD HSF Unit
RAM: 2 x 512MB Kingmax Super-ram DDR 400

Video Card: Leadtek 6600GT TDH Extreme (PCI-e)

HDD: 1 x 160 Gig Western Digital 7200rpm (IDE)
Drives: 1 x Pioneer 109 DVD + 1 x Panasonic Floppy
 
what timings are you running that ram at? I think its rated at 2.5-4-4-8.

As for voltage, while it isn't always true that when countering stability heat won't be an issue, you will generally be fine with 3V.
