Force Nero to burn slower

I have 32X media and whenever I try to burn an image on it, nero won't allow me to burn at 4X. 8X is the lowest it will go. Is there anyway I can force nero to burn CDs at a slower speed? I also tried discjuggler but the lowest it will go is also 8X.
 
don't know as i burn at 24x or 32x most of the time. never tried a slower speed.

why do you wanna burn at 4x? the theory that slower burns are more accurate?
 
my xbox only reads stuff burnt at 4X. With slow CDs that are rated at 4X it its burns slow, but for fast CDs the lowest it will allow me is 8X
