First humans are omnivores. It's stupid to pretend were not. Meat is part of a normal diet for humans.

You can't get vitamin B12 without eating animals or animal products. Lack of B12 causes damage to the brain and nervous system. I guess you're lacking in B12.

The best way to get balanced blend of essential amino acids is meat.

Vegans were unfit to survive until modern chemistry came along.

Have you ever listened to PETA? Have you heard the hate speech from PETA and the idiots who support them towards normal people who eat meat? Have you noticed how many vegans are intolerant crazy sanctimonious extremists?

I'm not a vegan but I fail to see the humor in berating people for being vegans. Honestly, it just makes you look like a complete asshole.
