I just got a free sample of Myo Shock with my order of protein powder from BodyBuilding.com. I ordered yesterday, and it was on my door step this morning -- they are quick.

Anyway, does anyone know what this Myo Shock stuff is? I mean, free is free -- I have no problem taking it. I just want to make sure it's not a steroid or anything.
