That's former UFC fighter Kenny Florian. He looks an awful lot like Ben Stiller.

Guy on top is Ed Herman, UFC fighter. Alan Tudyk on bottom (I know him from Tucker and Dale vs Evil).

Former UFC middleweight champ Rich Franklin looks like Jim Carrey.
