It has been really turned into garbage though, whatever that new series with the minibots and horrible scripts and stupid kids, or that other one they're showing (some kind of Japanese version) that looks more like a Power Rangers episode, and I remember the Beast Wars one which was some kind of computer graphics and a bunch of animals.

Are the original Transformers directors and script writers still alive? Would be nice if they could make a few new shows for us. 🙂

Whatever happened to the original series anyway? How did that end?
 
there have been talks about a new transformers movie based on the original series, basically a rewrite of the original Transformer movie, which was the best cartoon to Movie ever, GI Joe would be second.
 
All i remember towards the end was that Optimus died and handed over the crystal thingy and then
megatron went out into space and became galvatron and star scream was the leader for a bit and when
galvatron came back he killed star scream ....

that wasent the end that was the movie, i have it on DVD

megatron becomes galvatron because Unicron gave him more power, and Hotrod becaumes the new Prime at the end
