This is from April of 2003. Personal story I also took out the fax number and my previous employer's name. If this is thread crapping fine but I think this is just aweful what I wen through.

My name is , my social security is (I don't care if this is unsecure.) I have been going around and around with you people for over a month now. I applied online for an account and mailed in my deposit that very next day. I had received a letter stating that I needed to fax over proof of my address. I faxed over the proof next business day. I proceed to attempt to get an update on this situation via email(once) and through several phone calls in which I get 2 different answers. Either a) the check is being mailed back to me due to me being rejected (reason for rejection is unknown) or b) they haven't received proof of my current address. When I was told that they needed proof of my current address I had called on a Saturday and faxed over the proof last Monday. I called that day to verify the information was received. Today, being a Tuesday of next week I called again to find out what is going on due to it being over a week again with no response.
The personal banker today told me that the account is closed and a check was cut to be sent back to me due to me being rejected for an account.
You have to admit this situation is very bad looking on your part. You should be able to validate my story if you have some type of call tracking program. At the very least you should notice that this has been over a month! Now that you have completely pissed me off I have 1 request. Please fax over my rejection letter as proof that there is a check in the mail.

You can't notify me now why I was rejected? It certainly wasn't for chex systems.

verify it's me. I was wondering if everything has been verified now?
Also, does this have anything to do with me not being able to login into
