No, it can't. It has one internal hard drive slot that is unaccessable from the outside, and one external slot for a floppy drive that can be converted into a hard drive slot. If you want a floppy or card reader, you can only have 1 hard drive in that case.
I'm not sure if they're going to use this case for an A64 design anytime soon, but the P series chasis can handle 2 hard drives pluss an external floppy (and has a card reader built in). Unfortunately, the sb81p is the only case I've seen with it, and thats an Intel box.
