For those who have an OD transmission, when do you use it?

Manual Transmission: Use OD when driving over 45 mph.
Automatic Transmission: Use OD all the time unless I'm towing or carrying heavy cargo.

Automatic: OD on at all times unless going up a hill and you NEED it to downshift to a lower gear for more power (or towing).
Manual: Any time cruising above 40 mph
