i have a 40gb mp3 player. i have all my songs on it. i don't listen to EVERYTHING, but i do like a little more variety. sometimes a song will pop up that i don't even remember adding to my collection and i'm happy to hear it. :)

my collection is about 22GB at the present.. i'm ripping the rest of my CDs (finally) for a more portable format so we'll see what happens after that.

I have more music than any large capacity player can hold.

Just got my Nano via FedEx an hour ago. It's charging...

4GB mini, 10GB collection roughly. But I listen to the same stuff all the time.. heh. I also don't use the mini that often, but will when I get my aux input for me car. i don't find it that annoying to replace it.. but that's just me.

for some it just isn't possible. I'd need a 140 GB player to hold my whole collection in q7 vorbis. (singles, eps, live and rare included)

...waiting on release of x5 60 GB...

and yes, all legal. I'm a used cd store whore.
