If you want to be successful, and invent something so you can make a lot of money...

FYI: i don't like the H2 anyways. I'm just saying, is that they saw a potential market. I think a person who buys a H2 is a greedy POS who's hogging resources for him/herself just to get from A to B.

hehe well, not all products will do well. But think about it, a lot of useless things that we WANT like ipod, ps2, etc makes a lot of money. H2 started out pretty well. And with gas prices skyrocketting, who wants to buy an SUV these days?

I doubt the people that can afford to shell out $100+k for an H2 would mind shelling out a lot of money for gas too.
The same can be said for exotic sports cars. They are willing to pay over $5 a gallon for high octane gas in fact.

a) H2's do not cost anywhere near $100k, though at ~$60k you're right, gas prices are a minor concern
b) People tend not to drive exotic sports cars everyday
c) Those cars use the same gas you and I get at the gas station, which do not cost $5/gallon
