I have a strong feeling that 90% of the votes on both sides are going to be people who HAVEN'T driven both.

EDIT: NM, I don't think I've had enough experience with both types of cars to make a judgement.

low rpm is better for street where the chance to get to redline is much harder to some by.

I live revving my Honda but damn the Suby is a lot faster. I thing the high revving engine is more fun to drive but that torque is addictive. I can't decide!!!

I've driven both a Prelude w/ the VTEC and I didn't like not being able to just go when I wanted to. I had to keep it above 5500RPM otherwise it felt dead, there was a part in the middle of the powerband where it felt like I should've shifted already. Annoyed the crap out of me. I much perfer the joy of leaving it in 3rd gear and watching the speedometer wipe between 20 and 80 :)

I had a tC and now a RSX-s. I gotta say that the more torque there is, the stronger you vehicle pulls obviously. But revving the rsx-s high does sound nice and is pretty damn fun driving it too.

i've driven my friend's S2000 around and i gotta say high RPM and HP feels and sounce really nice, but on the other hand there's nothing like low end torque making my tires chirp as i change gears in my 350Z :)

Hey now, I can do that in my Accord...at least the 1-2 shift:p I think I've done it on the 2-3 shift before but I can't remember.
