thats a really good idea... But its not original.. I've seen people who have painted their toilets with glow in the dark paint.
 
I don't get it. What's wrong with closing the bathroom door and turning on the normal light? This ranks right up there with crustless bread.

well, i know i hate it when i wake up in the middle of the night to take a leak and have to turn on the bathroom lights which blind me temporarily
 
Put a nightlight in the bathroom.
Besides the strange black mold that grows in our water would probably eat the strips.
