I'm no expert in how the law works, but i feel like there's a case here. I believe that this is considered false advertisement and we have proof thanks to SDOG34. It says specifically in store: FREE after rebates. Even if that was a pricing error, the bottom of the page would not have this:

In-Store Price Internet Price
Regular Retail Price: $5.00 $5.00
-$5.00 Internet Instant Savings
__________ ___________
$5.00 $0.00 Price after instant & mail-in rebates

I'm going to talk to a CSR first then lawyer about this...
