I didn't win any gifts, but I got 4 wish certificates. As far as my experience goes, AX does not send out an email when they ship out their items (unlike what they claimed). But it is shipped via UPS next day (by your selection). You can also call their 888.309.8339 to verify the status of your item(s). It was strange that one of my certificate (Sherton) was backorder... 🙁
