I once heard that for a perma bad the admins want the mods to consult.
Which is normally why you dont see a mod make a ban until after a few hours. Though threads usually get locked in the meantime.

(I think there is an exception clause for the Black Dude Avatar with one post.)
 
The thing must be busted, because there is no way the nef count will ever be at 0.


That looks like the control panel for the melt furnaces where I work.
