I'd like to switch to early morning workouts because that would seem to fit my current schedule better. I'm just wondering what would be good to eat first? Typically my workouts are around 2 hrs after eating, but that's not possible here. I need something quick too, so maybe 50g protein + some oats, banana, milk in the blender?

sounds good to me.

Oats is what I go with personally.

I don't do protein before morning training due to time constraints, not ideal but I'm not looking to get that big.

If I had to I'd just go with a Cyto Gainer shake. Carbs + protein, then eat something solid afterwards (eggs + ?)

Then I drink a post work out drink that is 70 calories 50 carbs 0 protein and contains creatine, bcaa's and a crap load of other things.

lunch follows
then another protein shake with water instead of soy milk

This is my routine Monday-Friday
Hope this helped?

A banana and a glass of juice, after my work out (1.5-2 hours) I'll grab something to eat within a half hour, usually something somewhat healthy, trying to at least get 20g protein.

I did this during the summer. Usually had a protein shake and peanut butter sandwich or oatmeal. Did the real eating after I came back ;)

I usually have a protein shake before bed then a couple Nature Valley breakfast bars in the morning before working out. After I get done working out I try to have eggs and a protein shake.
